You Are My Rock Star Program Participation Agreement
This Participation Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of acceptance by the undersigned ("Participant") and You Are My Rock Star, a non-profit organization (the "Organization").
Program Participation: Participant agrees to participate in the Rockstar Weddings program (the "Program") and to comply with all rules, regulations, and guidelines established by the Organization.
Social Media: Participant agrees to allow the Organization to use any photographs, videos, or other materials taken during their participation in the Program, including but not limited to their wedding day, for use on the Organization's website, social media pages, and promotional materials. Participant also agrees to allow the Organization to tag them in any post related to their participation in the Program.
Release of Liability: Participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Organization, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and liability of any nature arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Program.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oklahoma without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
Amendment: This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written instrument executed by both parties.
Waiver: The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
Assignment: This Agreement may not be assigned by either party without the prior written consent of the other party.
